Meet General Superintendent, Rob Wilbur and General Superintendent and Manager of Field Operations, Jeff Henner
In the field, Jeff and Rob are using their combined 50 years of experience overseeing and managing field operations to ensure that the right resources are assigned to your project and that XL is meeting or exceeding your quality and schedule expectations.
A skilled leader, Jeff has more than 25 years of industry experience and has recently completed the PDL BioPharma Campus project with XL. Previous projects include Kaiser Permanente’s Santa Clara Replacement Hospital, Veritas’ Corporate Campus, and Microsoft’s Multi-building Mountain View Corporate Campus.
With nearly three decades in the construction industry, seven of those years with XL, Rob brings a wealth of project experience and problem-solving skills to XL’s clients. He has been involved in numerous noteworthy and signature projects including Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Outer Bay Wing Addition, Intel Corporation’s Robert Noyce Building, and Genitope’s Corporate Headquarters.
