XL Recognized as “Best Place to Work” for 5th Consecutive Year
XL Construction was recently honored for the fifth consecutive year as one of the "Best Places to Work in the Bay Area." XL ranked 7th among the 50 companies in the 101 - 500 employees category, making it the fourth year in a row that XL has ranked in the top seven.The Best Places to Work list, published by the San Francisco Business Times and Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal, is based on employee responses to an independent, third party survey asking them to rate their company in a variety of areas, including management effectiveness, company culture and people practices. Employees from more than 300 Bay Area companies participated in the 8th annual survey this year.
XL Director of Human Resources, Jerry Harmon, said, "I'm happy that the underlying principles that define XL and our employees - quality, dedication and passion - have kept us in the top seven companies for the past four years."
