LEED-CI Gold
Sugen, South San Francisco, CA
This build-out of a 3-story 68,000 s.f. structure received the first gold certification under the LEED-CI guidelines from the US Green Building Council for a laboratory project west of the Rockies. The project included a large cafetorium space, administration space, biological laboratories, and one floor of executive offices. The MEP systems were design-build.

Awarded LEED Certification under the LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) Program. A design-build project for a new two-story, 50,000 s.f. concrete and steel science and technology building with a glass rotunda and a 200-seat auditorium. Project also includes an 8,000 s.f. competitive swimming pool, and synthetic turf athletic field.
