Harker School Science and Technology Center and Sports Complex, San Jose, CA
Awarded LEED Gold Certification under the LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) Program. A design-build project for a new two-story, 50,000 s.f. concrete and steel science and technology building with a glass rotunda and a 200-seat auditorium. Project also includes an 8,000 s.f. competitive swimming pool, and synthetic turf athletic field.

The project included a large cafetorium space, administration space, biological laboratories, and one floor of executive offices. The MEP systems were design-build.
