BioMed Realty Trust. Core and shell renovations on the Pacific Research Center Campus.
Kaiser Permanente. A 15,000 s.f. tenant improvement project including interiordemolition; architectural, mechanical and electrical modifications; and ADAupgrades in existing restrooms.
UCSF Medical Center. Renovations on the 4th floor of Moffitt/Long Hospital to accommodate an interoperative MRI and hybrid operating room.
Kaiser Permanente. Site improvement to the Vallejo Medical Center Campus including parking lot, landscaping, lighting and signage upgrades.
Recently Completed Projects
BD Biosciences. A design-build MEP tenant improvement project for a 62,000s.f. single-story building. This project was built for LEED certification.
UCSF Medical Center. This phased renovation project is on the third floor ofMoffitt Hospital. This OSHPD project includes MEP, Fire Life Safety and structuralupgrades and the installation of new body interventional equipment in two procedure rooms and related support spaces.
Varian Medical Systems. A 100,000 s.f. laboratory and office tenant improvement project. This project was built for LEED certification.

XL Hosts Integrated Project Delivery Workshop. XL Construction hosted a workshop in January on Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), presented by Howard W. Ashcraft Jr. and Lisa Dal Gallo, leading attorneys specializing in IPD projects. The workshop included discussion on key topics including: why IPD works; how IPD projects are structured; and what IPD offers to owners, contractors, and designers.
