  • Movin' on Up: XL climbs to third on the list of the "Best Places to Work in the Bay Area" XL Construction ranks third this year on the San Jose Business Journal's "Best Places to Work in the Bay Area" list, among businesses with 101-500 employees. XL Construction has appeared on the list for the last four years, moving up from fourth place in 2009, seventh place in 2008 and 16th place in 2007.
  • XL Construction Honored for Philanthropic Contributions Side-by-side with top tech companies including Applied Materials, Intel and Microsoft, XL Construction Corporation was recently recognized as one of the "Top 50 Corporate Philanthropists" at the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal's Annual Corporate Philanthropy event.
  • USGBC presents XL Construction with LEED Silver Certification of its headquarters: XL Construction Corporation unveiled a plaque certifying its headquarters as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building on Thursday. Dan Geiger, Executive Director of the U.S. Green Building Council – Northern California Chapter, presented XL Construction with its LEED Silver certification.

  • Palo Alto Medical Foundation: thirteen thousand square feet of medical office space including 33 new exam rooms, doctor offices, a radiology suite, phlebotomy and small laboratory suite, and a procedures room for minor surgeries.
  • Santa Clara Valley Medical Center: seismic upgrade and construction of clinical lab facility in an occupied acute-care hospital (OSHPD).
