Education

XL Construction maintains a strong presence throughout the Bay Area for projects in private education – as well as arts centers, office buildings, and gymnasiums. Often, XL Construction's work involves seismic upgrades to existing facilities, or construction of new interiors. Although some of these projects might not strictly qualify as "technical" construction, they still benefit from our approach, expertise, and attention to customer satisfaction.

- Palo Alto: two new wood-framed classroom buildings
- Almaden: construction of a new classroom wing at an existing campus
