A Word to Subcontractors
At XL Construction we recognize that we can deliver the maximum service and value to our clients by maintaining high-quality relationships with our subcontractors. Consequently, we make every effort to promote these relationships by conducting business in a fair and honest manner and by creating jobsite conditions that make our subcontractors efficient.
XL Construction is committed to paying subcontractors within 5 business days of receiving payment from our clients. Please consult the subcontractor payment schedule for information on payments.
Now available: In certain circumstances, earlier and accelerated payments may be available. Please contact the Accounting Department to request a discounted early payment.

Subcontractor Prequalification Form
To become prequalified as an XL Construction Subcontractor please read our standard terms and conditions and comply with XL Construction's insurance requirements per Exhibit B and Exhibit D.
