One of XL’s largest projects, LinkedIn’s new Maude and Middlefield campus, has been named the Deal of the Year by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Originally this 587,644 s.f. campus was owned by Google, but after the $315 million land swap, LinkedIn now calls this campus it’s headquarters. In turn, Google can continue its planned expansion at North Bayshore. The XL team remained dedicated through project completion and rose to the challenge of the ownership change that occurred at the end of design.
