Assembly at North First Street

Reposition and adaptive reuse of a three building, 300,000 s.f. campus in North San Jose for developers SKS Investments and ProspectHill Group with Invesco Real Estate. The project consists of a complete gut of all three existing tilt-up buildings, the addition of 50,000 s.f. to the existing buildings, warm shell build out, new HVAC systems, and one acre of site work. New construction includes a “connector” between two buildings and additions on buildings 3960 and 3930. A new lobby was cut out and rebuilt on building 4000. Major demolition included a two-story cleanroom that will be built out as a new mezzanine in one of the buildings. The one acre amenity space includes landscape, an indoor/outdoor workout area, BBQ area, outdoor pizza ovens, outdoor fires, and seating. This project is known as a “repositioning of the campus” which basically means the revamp of the entire campus. This space is on the market as of 2018.
