Bayer CropScience R&D Center

 
 

The Bayer CropScience project is a 160,000 s.f. renovation of an existing manufacturing building into a state-of-the-art research and development facility including extensive laboratory space, scale-up fermentation and formulation suites, a large scale production pilot plant and a five acre greenhouse facility with head house, support structures, and test fields. The initial 80,000 s.f. of R&D lab and office construction was completed from basic space programming to owner occupancy in 10 months.
