People on The Move: Debi Martin

Debi Martin has joined Graham Buildings U.S. as Vice President, People. With more than 25 years of HR and people leadership experience, she will lead the integration of Graham and Silicon Valley–based XL Construction’s people strategies with a focus on career development, upskilling, and relationship building. Having previously served as Vice President of HR for one of the largest contractors in the U.S., Martin brings a people-first approach that aligns culture, systems, and business goals.
