CSU East Bay has engaged XL to lead construction for their new 22,000 s.f. Applied Sciences Center that will house the Green Biome Institute. This facility will include interdisciplinary research labs, a technology collaborative center, a learning laboratory, an innovation center, flexible collaborative space, and student study, learning, and support spaces. LEED Silver Equivalent.
