Freenome’s new signature headquarters facility will be comprised of 228,000 s.f. of research and development space at Genesis Marina in Brisbane. Freenome’s tenant improvement project will be in Building 1 and Building 3 of the complex, and includes R&D, CLIA and cGMP capability. Building 3 will be delivered first, with Freenome occupying levels four through seven. Building 1 will be exclusively for Freenome occupancy, including analytical and QQ testing capabilities on levels two through six.
