In collaboration with design-build partner HPS, XL Construction completed a new two-story 57,000 s.f. structural steel frame and concrete tilt-up structure with 3.8 acres of site development. The interior build-out featured general office spaces and 30,000 s.f. of medical testing labs. The medical areas included 10,000 s.f. of specialty lab spaces to house automated chemistry and hematology lines that process more than seven million specimens each year.
