XL helped Kaiser relocate their Chemical Dependency Recovery Program and establish a welcoming facility in an existing, two-story, 22,000 s.f. building. The new space features exam rooms, provider offices, medical testing rooms, treatment areas, group rooms, clinical support staff areas, and public spaces. DIRTT prefabricated interior walls, doors, and windows were utilized on the project. This was Kaiser’s first use of this prefabrication product in Northern California, and XL established best practices for continued use of the wall system on future projects.
