Delivered under a Lease-Leaseback contract, XL completed a 7,000 s.f. new construction of a public safety building for Inderkum High School. The project consisted of construction of two classrooms, one vocational shop, two office spaces, storage, and building sitework. As part of this project, XL also completed a brand new softball campus. Additional campus renovations included the existing soccer fields and baseball fields, a pickelball court, and outdoor basketball courts.
