XL led warm shell upgrades and spec suite construction in an existing four-story office building. The scope included core and shell upgrades, including a new generator, lab HVAC systems, a freight elevator, and a trash enclosure, as well as the full build-out of spec labs and office/amenity spaces on each floor. The scope of work also included site improvements, including ADA upgrades, site lighting, and renovations to the exterior patio area.
