Genesis Station was a very complicated and challenging Class A, 385,000 square foot 9 story life science conversion project with forty percent occupancy. From due diligence to completion, Zack, Jimmy and the XL Construction team were extremely knowledgeable of all elements of the design and construction process. This combined with their assertive and proactive team approach made for a great partnership for all involved. When issues or conflicts occurred, XL Construction rose to the occasion with solutions addressing them in an expeditious and detailed manner. This partnership attitude was instrumental for the construction process and made for a successful project that was on budget and on schedule. Working with Zack, Jimmy, the XL team along with their trade partners was a great experience exceeding expectations. We look forward to continuing our successful relationship with XL Construction
