Summer modification project including: demolition, abatement, site utilities and grading, new landscaping, asphalt, roofing and HVAC replacement, clock and bell replacement, and full campus flooring and repaint. Scope also included a full kitchen, restroom, and locker room renovations. The campus had a brand new frontage including seat walls, landscaping, signage and gates. Project value $10.4 million.
