The 44,000 s.f. Ethel Phillips Elementary School project includes campus-wide improvements such as exterior and interior painting, classroom flooring replacement, new whiteboards and tackboards, restroom and site accessibility upgrades, and new security cameras. Scope also includes kindergarten/TK classroom relocation, modernization of an existing building for administrative use, parking lot repaving and restriping, two new TimberQuest™ buildings and shade structures, roofing and HVAC upgrades, landscape and irrigation replacement, kitchen modernization, administration remodel, new fencing, and full campus utility replacements.
