Santa Cruz City Schools Branciforte Middle School Modernization

XL is responsible for modernization improvements and construction of new modular buildings on the Branciforte Middle School, 9.5 acre site. The project includes approximately 43,000 s.f. of new construction across multiple buildings: a 6,800 s.f. multi-purpose building, a 2,400 s.f. home economics building, a 13,800 s.f. gymnasium, a 6,900 s.f. administration/library building, and three classroom buildings totaling 13,200 s.f. The scope also includes associated site improvements, including a new hard-court area and infrastructure to support the new facilities.
