An interior demolition and tenant improvement of a three-story, 100,000 s.f. medical office building that consolidates previously separate clinics.
XL Construction managed the interior demolition and tenant improvement of a three-story, 100,000 s.f. medical office building. The facility includes OSHPD 3 spaces for obstetrics and gynecology, gastroenterology, neurology, imaging, and laboratory services. XL’s scope included a new generator and all new MEP systems. XL coordinated all building systems including medical gas, nurse call, telecommunications, audio/visual, security, BMS, and fiber connections to the main campus. The Care Center is LEED Gold certified.
