The 15,500 s.f. Cancer Center project consists of tenant improvements to add a new oncology exam clinic, infusion center, compounding pharmacy, interdisciplinary services, a waiting area, and offices for medical staff. The project also includes the installation of a new air handling unit (AHU) and exhaust fans serving the new pharmacy, as well as new heat pumps, a generator, and two automatic transfer switches (ATSs) to support the facility’s mechanical and electrical systems.
