West Valley Mission CCD - Mission College -STEM Building

Modernization of an existing 31,000 s.f. science building and construction of a new 56,000 s.f. three-story building. The new building contains a multi-purpose room, flexible laboratory classrooms, faculty offices, learning and collaboration space and support spaces. Scope includes the addition of site work, utilities, and parking to support the new building. Project value $95 million.
