Bristol-Myers Squibb Biologics Discovery Center

XL Construction supported Bristol-Myers Squibb’s leading work in developing new cancer treatments by undertaking comprehensive improvements to an existing, three-story, 61,000 s.f. Biologics Discovery Center which focused on antibody therapeutics. Leveraging its extensive life sciences experience, the XL team led the creation of labs with varying biosafety levels for biology, chemistry, and blood/tissue research. A series of new open workspaces, huddle areas, offices and an auditorium support enhanced collaboration across disciplines. All work, including new elevators and a full seismic upgrade for new roof equipment, was completed without any safety incidents, recordables or lost time.
